By purchasing the Lifetime Access for $14.99, you receive a perpetual license to use the Kinetic Curator Sync service. This is a one-time payment with no recurring fees.

2. Service Availability

Our service depends on the availability of third-party APIs (Notion and FatSecret). While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for sync delays caused by outages in these third-party platforms.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy if the service does not meet your expectations or technical requirements.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the sync engine or use the service to scrape data for commercial resale.
